Applicants to the Bernadine Vigue Memorial Scholarship must:

• Be an enrolled citizen or descendant of a Federally Recognized Tribe

• Demonstrate a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0

• Plan to enroll full-time at a Community or Tribal College
